Bill moved to Myrtle Beach in 1989 after living in the Fayetteville NC area 20 years while working in the automobile field. In 1992 Bill started his real estate career with C21 seacoast in Surfside Beach building duplexes with his Brother In Law. Hearing of a new Resort to be built on 501 Bill interview with the Legends Real Estate office in 1994 and has worked with the company until recently 2017 going to work for their sister company Heritage Real Estate Sales LLC.
